ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
The Town of Sainte-Anne is accepting online payments with select credit cards through the secure OptionPay System (with applicable third party fees). Some services must be paid in person at the Town Office as the invoice may need to be customized to your unique needs for service.
Please ensure when paying property taxes, to pay to the correct office. If you are an R.M. of Ste. Anne resident (Richer, Giroux, Paradise Village, La Coulée, and surrounding areas of the Town) please visit their office at 395 Traverse Road, or visit their website https://www.rmofsteanne.com/ to submit your payment.

Services Currently Offered on OptionPay
In order to make your payments online, there are some required numbers on your notices/bills that you will need. - You will need to provide your roll number when paying for your property taxes. Your roll number can be found at the top of your property tax bill.

- When paying for a building permit or license, please provide the permit number and address in the description box.

- Animal License Registration
- You may pay for your pets license using OptionPay, however you will still be required to come into our office to pick up a tag for your pet, and to provide us with a copy of the rabbies vaccination form.

- Facility Rentals
- When paying for a rental of one of our facilities, you will be asked to indicate which location you have rented.

What is OptionPay?
- OptionPay is a payment card system the Town of Sainte-Anne uses for its online credit card transactions. You can find out more information about OptionPay by visiting their website here.
Is there an added fee for using OptionPay to pay my bills with my credit card?
- Yes. All transactions carried out through OptionPay follow a tiered fee schedule, starting at a minimum fee of $2.00. To see the full fee schedule for using this payment option, please visit their fee schedule here.
Why is there an added fee to pay with credit card?
- The fees are administered through the OptionPay program for the use of their service and not through the Town of Sainte-Anne.
Is my credit card/information safe when using OptionPay?
- OptionPay provides information on their security measures here. Please note that the Town of Sainte-Anne takes no responsibility for, and accepts no liability, in the event of security breaches, technical difficulties, or other issues that may arise from your use of OptionPay. All users accept responsibility for their use of this service and do so at their own risk.
INTERAC E-TRANSFER
The Town of Ste. Anne accepts e-Transfers as a payment option. Payments are to be sent to payments@steanne.ca with the following information to be included in the comments/message field when sending an e-Transfer:

Property Taxes: If paying property taxes, please include your property tax roll number, address and email
address in the comment field in order for our office to process payment.
Invoices: If paying an invoice payable to the Town of Ste. Anne, please include your customer account number, the invoice or invoices being paid, and a contact email.
Permits: If paying for a permit, please include the permit number and address for the permit in which you are paying for along with your email and phone number. Please contact the Town prior to sending an e-Transfer to ensure that the permit is ready for signatures and for the amount owing of the permit.
Recreation Programs: If paying for a recreation program hosted by the Town of Ste. Anne, please pre-register with the Town office. When sending the payment, please include the name of the program, the child(ren) registered, and a contact email.
Other: If you are sending an e-Transfer payment for anything other the what is listed above, please include as much detail in the comment field as possible in regards to what the payment is for as well as contact information (email and phone number).
Online Banking
Online Banking is an option through a select number of Financial Institutions. Please allow 2-3 business days for your payment to be received by our office. The date we receive payment is considered the payment date. Any payments received after the due date are subject to Tax Penalties. To pay online through your Financial Institution:
- Search our Payee Name: Sainte-Anne, Town (MB) – Property Taxes
- Use your Roll Number as the Account Number, not including the first few 0s or the 0s after the decimal point.
Example: Roll 012345.000 = 12345 - If Step 2 was not accepted, you may need to add 0s in front or at the end of your roll number.
