Villa Youville Inc. is a seniors’ residence offering «under one roof» all required lodging, health care services and activities.

Established in 1965, the Villa is known not only for the quality of its facilities and services but most of all for its hospitality, its warmth and the importance of family. Close to 200 residents have chosen Villa Youville as their home, living either in one of its 85 independent living units or in one of its 24 supportive housing units or, if requiring medical care, in one of its 66 long term care units.

Villa Youville was designated in 2013 by the provincial government as a francophone establishment to meet the needs of the province’s official minority. The Villa is one of the region’s major employers, offering 150 jobs to people living in the town of Ste-Anne and the surrounding communities.

Centrally located, its campus offers a park like setting with the enchanting Seine River running through it. Its residents have the advantage of living in a park while having easy access to all town services.
