What is all on a Property Tax Bill?

Property tax bills in Manitoba are comprised of 3 main components:

1. Assessment and property information

2. Municipal taxes

3. School taxes

These 3 components are required by the Province on all property tax bills, with the property tax bills from 135 of the 137 municipalities in Manitoba being printed by the Province of Manitoba.

Both municipal and school taxes use the Assessment information to calculate the amounts owing in each tax category.
