Tender for Janitorial/Cleaning Services

The Town of Sainte-Anne is interested in obtaining offers for professional janitorial/cleaning services for its Municipal Office located at 14 Centrale Avenue, Ste. Anne, Manitoba.

Janitorial/Cleaning Duties included:

-Regular Cleaning of Floors, Desks, Windows, Washrooms

-Emptying Waste & Recycling Baskets
-Restocking Washrooms
-Clearing Snow and Ice from Entrances to Building
-Other duties as required or needed.

Term of janitorial/cleaning services shall be from January 1st to December 31st, 2025, and option for renewal may be available upon satisfactory services.

Tenders must be received in the Town of Sainte-Anne office located at 14 Centrale Ave by 12:00 pm on Friday, December 20th, 2024. The Town of Sainte-Anne retains the right to reject any or all tenders.

Applications must be bondable and provide a copy of insurance with their tender.

Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope marked “Tender, 14 Centrale Avenue Janitorial Services”. Tenders will not be opened publicly.

The Town of Sainte-Anne thanks all who submit a tender and only the successful tenderer will be contacted.

 

Schedule “A”
Janitorial/Cleaning Services Agreement
-Dust throughout entrances, hallways, offices
-Clean and disinfect all staff/client bathrooms
-Wipe down and sanitize kitchen, appliances, surfaces, etc.
-Spot wash any noticeable mess on walls, doors, etc.
-Windex any fingerprints on windows/doors
-Stock up toiletries in bathrooms
-Empty garbage receptacles throughout building
-Sweep, vacuum and wash floors throughout building
